Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure all services. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a fee of up to 100% of the booked service(s). This policy allows us to honor our staff’s time and offer openings to other clients waiting to be seen. We understand that emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
Refund Policy
At Poise Aesthetics, we are committed to providing the highest quality care. Due to the nature of our treatments and services, all sales are final. Refunds are not available on treatments, packages, or products, except where required by law.

Appointments & Services
Once a service has been performed, it cannot be refunded. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns.

Prepaid Packages & Memberships
Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. In certain circumstances, we may allow credit toward alternative services at our discretion.

Retail Products
Skincare and retail products are non-refundable if opened or used. Unopened products in original packaging may be exchanged or credited within 7 days of purchase, at our discretion.
