Please arrive on time, and with a bare face. If you are coming from work and cannot remove your makeup, a cleanser will be provided, but please note this will cut into your appointment time. Please have a detailed list of products you are currently using at home, or bring them with you. Also, try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment, as she will definitely be recommending a curated home care regimen for you.

An In-Office or Virtual Consultation is great if you are a first time client. If you are a returning client and do not know what to book next, please call the spa at 316-260-2750.

This is where your skincare journey begins. During the consultation I will assess your skin type/condition, discuss your concerns and goals before getting started. We will go over nutrition, supplements, lifestyle choices and current skincare regimen. This in-depth assessment allows me to determine the appropriate products and treatments needed moving forward to achieve optimal skin health.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. No exceptions. This includes your NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for all Consultations.

Yes, Tiffany provides virtual consults for anyone in the US and Canada.

Yes, products can be shipped anywhere in the US or Canada. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.

If you fail to confirm your appointment, via text confirmation or email confirmation, 2 days prior to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel and charge the FULL amount of the appointment.

If full payment is not received to do cancellation, you must pay this invoice prior to booking another appointment at Poise Aesthetics.

Poise Aesthetics reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is not cancelled within a 48 hour advance notice.

A client with two cancellations in a row risks being terminated from my practice.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, you will automatically be billed a $50 late fee.

After 10 minutes, you will not be billed the additional $50 but we will have to reschedule your appointment and charge full cost of service.

All clients, new or returning are required to have a valid card on file prior to booking an appointment. Your card will not be charged until after the treatment has concluded or the cancellation/reschedule policy has been breached.

You will not be able to book your appointment until the balance is paid. If it is not paid within 5 business days from the date it was due, it will be sent to collections and you will be terminated as a client indefinitely from Poise Aesthetics.

Unfortunately, if you are sick you will still be charged for your appointment. This does include COVID-19.
Yes, Tiffany offers a Virtual Acne Bootcamp program.

The Virtual Acne Bootcamp can be done 100% at home! Results are guaranteed without any professional treatments as long as recommended home care regimen, lifestyle & nutrition changes, and custom peel pads prescribed by Tiffany 3x a week at night for at-home treatments is followed.

When you become an Acne Bootcamp client, whether virtual or in person, you will be able to order Face Reality products online through our booking site.

Yes. Please call 316-260-2750 to set up a time to pick up your product(s).
The Cosmelan MD peel is offered virtually.

Tiffany makes a commission on her affiliated links. I don’t always carry every product from every affiliated line or I may be out of stock, so if you to use the affiliated links to purchase products, you are still supporting my small business.
