Cancellation Policy
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance. If you do not show up to your appointment, or do not reschedule within the 48 hour reschedule/cancel window, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Please arrive on time, as you have a designated time slot. Your appointment time is more than enough to ensure you receive your treatment. Lateness will erode into your appointment time and I cannot, and will not overrun to accommodate your lateness.
LATE POLICY
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you must rebook your appointment and pay the no show fee.
NEW CLIENT DEPOSIT
I require 50% of the service(s) to be paid upfront for all new clients. This may be paid through Square, debit or credit card.
payment policy
Credit card must be put on file to book an appointment, but payment is due at time of service. All major credit cards are accepted.
NO GUEST POLICY
If your guest can wait quietly in the lobby they may come to your appointment. No young children allowed.
FOREIGN LASH FILLS
I do fill other artists' work as long as the extensions were applied correctly. Please contact me directly with a photo of your current lashes before booking an appointment.
