Cancellation Policy

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance. If you do not show up to your appointment, or do not reschedule within the 48-hour reschedule/cancel window, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you must rebook your appointment and pay the no-show fee.

New Client Deposit

I require 50% of the service(s) to be paid upfront for all new clients. This may be paid through Square, debit, or credit card.

Payment Policy

Credit card must be put on file to book an appointment, but payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards are accepted.

No Guest Policy

If your guest can wait quietly in the lobby, they may come to your appointment. No young children allowed.
